Documentation and Archives Center

The Documents and Archives Center at the University of Jeddah was established pursuant to Administrative Decision No. (993), dated 28/03/1438 AH. The Center is responsible for organizing, preserving, and managing the University’s records in accordance with approved regulations and policies, ensuring their protection and facilitating access to them.The Center also works to promote records management awareness, enhance records and archives management practices, and monitor the implementation of relevant regulations across the University’s sectors. These efforts contribute to preserving the University’s institutional memory, strengthening governance, and ensuring the sustainability of institutional knowledge.
